For more than 40 years, our beauty college has been part of the Kansas City community. Our college was built on values of service, respect, and empowerment, and those values extend beyond our classroom walls. We believe that beauty education is about more than technique, and we encourage our students to uplift others and show gratitude to the community that continues to support us.
Through events like back-to-school haircuts, supply drives, and holiday giving campaigns, we want to help meet the needs of local families while giving students the opportunity to make a difference.

Absolutely Amazing Place! From the founder, director and the amazing teacher, I had an all over great experience and must say a 5star education. If you are looking for a place to further your education and fully understand the business of cosmology and barbering, then this is the perfect place for you.
I had an incredible experience at Ea La Mar’s. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about barbering, and they created a supportive learning environment. Chuck did a fantastic job with my low even all around with taper and short beard trim. He has a warm and friendly demeanor that immediately puts you in a relaxed mood. Very nice place.
