Discount for Children of Alumni
This is a great benefit for alumni whose children have been accepted for enrollment at ECBC. There is a 30% discount if either or both of your parents are ECBC graduates.
Note: Discount is applied to tuition only
We offer the ECBC scholarship, Luse Hairs Scholarship and ACE GRANTS to students enrolled in the cosmetology/barber program. We also provide information in our school catalog on other scholarship opportunities avialable.
Federal Pell Grant
Unlike a loan, does not have to be repaid. Federal Pell Grants usually are awarded only to undergraduate students who have not earned a bachelor’s or a professional degree. The amount depends on your financial need, costs to attend school, status as a full-time or part-time student, and plans to attend school for a full academic year or less.

Federal Student Loans
The U.S. Department of Education offers low-interest loans to eligible students to help cover the cost of career schools.
There are two basic types of Federal Student Loans – Subsidized and Unsubsidized. The U.S. Department of Education offers eligible students at participating schools Direct Subsidized Loans and Direct Unsubsidized Loans.
Veterans Affairs Education Benefits
As a VA-approved Cosmetology/Barber school, we are honored to help the courageous men and women who serve our country (and their families) follow their dreams in the Cosmetology or Barber industry. Review all of the available VA education benefit programs, and apply for your benefits today!
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs offers several education and training benefits, including the Post-9/11 GI Bill, Montgomery GI Bill, Reserve Educational Assistance Program, and Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance Program. If you are a veteran or family member of a veteran, you may qualify for one of these financial aid options.
MONTHLY NO-INTEREST PAYMENTS
We allow students to pay their tuition or required “gap” funding in equal installments spread over their enrollment period. These payments have no interest charges.
